Teams trained in prevention and assistance

Cofidis France, Monabanq, and Creatis all use a game called Dilemma, which was developed by Crésus—a voluntary group with which the Cofidis Group is partnered—in their training programmes for new employees.

The game is led by employee-ambassadors trained by Bartholomé Masurel. The aim is to give the employees some experience and understanding of situations related to payment, insurance, and loans, within the framework of individual and collective responsibility
