INCLUSION
An interest-free loan for employees in need
Helping employees in difficulty is the 5th axis of Cofidis Group's inclusive #LIKE approach. With the health crisis, some employees may have experienced more difficult financial situations (unemployed spouse, separation, etc.). To support them in these critical moments, the group's French entities have set up a zero interest loan offer in June 2021.
A special offer for employees in difficulty
With this loan for French employees who need it, Cofidis Group is once again demonstrating its agility in the face of the crisis as well as its deeply human and supportive values.
Employees of Cofidis France, Creatis, Monabanq and Synergie on permanent contracts whose trial period has ended can apply for a loan of up to €6,000 at 0% interest and without any application fees. Of course, the request must be motivated and justified by a need for occasional assistance and an exceptional situation to benefit from the personalised support of the campus social worker.
A clear and transparent process
In each subsidiary concerned, the credit offers and granting process have been adapted to meet this need. The campus social worker plays a central role in the support and creation of the file submitted to the granting committee composed of the Human Resources Directors of each entity. Cofidis Group takes the well-being of its employees very seriously. This particular attention to the needs of employees in difficulty demonstrates the company’s commitment to its employees, whatever the difficulty encountered.
