DIVERSITY

November at Cofidis Group in France: it's all about diversity!

This November at Cofidis Group in France, diversity takes on its full glory, illuminating our actions and commitments. From the recognition of our LGBT+ Role Model to solidarity actions against breast cancer, to our significant involvement in the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, let's dive into a vibrant story that reflects back on our commitment to diversity and our #LIKE commitment in all its forms. Welcome to a November rich in solidarity, recognition and, above all, celebration of the richness of our differences.

Congratulations to our LGBT+ Role Model Leader

As a signatory of the LGBT+ charter, we are committed to promoting an inclusive corporate culture, where everyone feels respected and valued for their diversity. We are particularly proud of our Cofidis France employee, Jean Dimitri Dewavrin, who was honoured at the Autre Cercle ceremony as an LGBT+ Role Model. He plays a key role in developing and promoting our inclusion initiatives within Cofidis Group and beyond.

Our French subsidiaries take action to fight breast cancer

128 employees from Cofidis France, Creatis, Monabanq and SynerGIE joined 5,000 participants in the Ruban Rose charity challenge at the Citadelle de Lille, generating €2,038 in donations for the Ruban Rose association. In addition, employees from our 4 French entities also took part in a prevention workshop run by La Ligue Contre Le Cancer and an awareness-raising quiz offered by the association Coaching Suspendu throughout the month of October. Each correct answer raised 1 euro for the charity. With 2,132 correct answers collected, Coaching Suspendu raised 2,132 euros.

European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities

During the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, we organised a number of internal initiatives, including a drawing competition, a handipursuit game, a lunch with ergonomic cutlery with Elior, an awareness-raising conference, the hosting of young people with disabilities with the Grande Maison in Villeneuve d’Ascq and fun sessions in the form of escape games for our employees. Externally, we welcomed Agefiph Hauts-de-France for the launch of the SEEPH programme in the Hauts-de-France region, as well as initiatives such as escape games for our external stakeholders and participation in the Disability recruitment forum. We work every day to promote the integration of people with disabilities.

💡 Did you know that more than a hundred of the employees at the Cofidis Campus in France are disabled?

This positive energy will continue to guide our actions. Together, we form a multiple and diverse collective, supportive and strong in its team spirit. Long live diversity at Cofidis Group, today, tomorrow and always!
