Clean Your Desk 2024: IT cleaning on our campus in France

From 3 to 28 June 2024, our Cofidis Group Campus in France will be hosting an operation to collect and sort IT equipment for Creatis, Cofidis France, Monabanq and SynerGIE. This initiative, part of our #LikeMyPlanet approach, aims to optimise the management of our equipment while reducing our carbon footprint.

An efficient collection and sorting process

Collection bins are installed in the entrance halls of each building, ready to receive used cables, mice, computers and screens. A dedicated team empties the bins daily to sort and manage the equipment according to its type:
🔹 Keep for future needs: cables, mice, etc.
🔹 Remove from billing and return to Euro Information: computers, screens, etc.
🔹 Revalue non-rented and obsolete/broken equipment: for responsible recycling.

Objectives of the Initiative

  • Facilitating our employees’ day-to-day work: Ensuring that our IT equipment is functional and sufficient.
  • Optimise the financial cost of leased equipment: Efficiently manage the equipment we need and use.
  • Reduce our carbon footprint: Adopt responsible management of our IT assets, in line with our Entreprise à Mission commitments.
  • Establish long-term good practice: Promote sustainable and responsible management of IT equipment.
