Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week at Cofidis Group in France

At Cofidis Group, we consider quality of life and working conditions to be a key priority in ensuring a rewarding and fulfilling employee experience. From 24 to 28 June, we celebrated Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week with an exceptional programme designed to promote the well-being and personal development of our teams.

A rich and varied programme

Throughout the week, our employees from the French entities – Cofidis France, Creatis, Monabanq and SynerGIE – had the opportunity to take part in a host of activities and events. Conferences, workshops and various events covered crucial topics such as:

  • Food: sessions dedicated to the importance of a healthy, balanced diet.
  • Health: Conferences and workshops on prevention and maintaining good health at work.
  • Well-being: Relaxation and stress management activities to promote a serene working environment.
  • Personal development: Workshops on coaching and developing personal and professional skills.
  • Sport and relaxation: Sport and relaxation sessions to encourage regular physical activity.

New this year: the Échappée managériale (Managerial Escape)

The Échappée managériale, co-designed by the Human Resources Department and Romain and Clément Meyer, enabled our teams to discover inspiring managerial practices from nine different countries.
As well as being a fun and rewarding experience, the Managerial Escape also strengthened cohesion and collaboration within our teams. Participants were able to explore different management approaches and techniques, encouraging the adoption of innovative and effective practices within our organisation.
