A recap of the GrHandir 3 event at the Cofidis Group Campus in France

Our premises were the scene of some fascinating presentations on the progress made since the first editions of GrHandir. The various projects initiated at GrHandir 1 were the subject of detailed reviews, highlighting the stages completed and the successes achieved.

• The work of ISCOM students attracted particular attention with an innovative communication strategy for the collective.
• The #Tataplace project: An initiative aimed at making our spaces more accessible and welcoming for all.
• The Major Survey: Its results and the prospects it opens up for strengthening our inclusive approach.
• The Inclusive Journey: An exploration of the different stages involved in successfully and sustainably integrating people with disabilities into our organisation.

There were also collective intelligence workshops, enabling participants to co-create sustainable solutions to current and future challenges. These moments of meeting and reflection were an opportunity to strengthen the group dynamic and stimulate collective creativity.
