Only the data necessary for the instruction of your application will be collected. Depending on the type of position concerned and the exchanges we are led to have with you we collect:

• Identification data (data relating to your identity, date and place of birth, nationality…)
• Contact information (data relating to your contact details such as postal address, place of residence, email, telephones …)
• Information relating to your personal and professional situation (family situation, transport for traveling posts, leisure, diplomas…)
• Data collected in the context of our exchanges and interactions (interviews, electronic messages,…)
• Economic and financial information (bank details…)
• If you share it with Synergie, data concerning health (recognition of the status of disabled worker, medical restrictions, workstation arrangements…)
• Extract from criminal record (where required by law); title as work authorization
• Data collected through audio and video recordings (as part of recruitment)
• Browsing data collected via cookies in accordance with the Cookie Management Policy and login data related to the use of our online services (secure identification and authentication data)
  
  

Purposes of data collection

In view of the execution of pre-contractual measures, this information collected is necessary for:

• the examination of your application;
• maintain contact with you throughout the recruitment process;
• determine your remuneration.

In the light of our common legitimate interest, in order to:

• offer you the most relevant job offers possible.

In consideration of our legal obligations, to:

• offer you job offers tailored to your situation.

Based on your consent, to:

• offer you a paperless application path through a technical recruitment platform.

You have:

• a right of access in relation to all data concerning you that are processed by our services.
• a right of rectification in the event of incorrect data.
• a right to data portability. You can request to receive in a machine-readable format the data you have provided to us (data you have declared to us and data generated by your activity) if the processing of this data is necessary for the performance of the contract or if you have consented to it. You can request that we transmit the data directly to another controller.
• a right to object to processing. You can object to our processing of your data unless we are obliged to do so in the context of the contractual relationship with you (for the performance of your employment contract), for possible legal actions and if there are compelling and legitimate grounds for us to continue processing your data.
• where your consent has been obtained, a right to withdraw your consent.
• a right to erase your data. The data concerning you are kept for 2 years. However, you may request that certain data be deleted if one of the following reasons applies:
  – They are no longer necessary in view of the reasons for which they were collected;
  – The data concerning you have been unlawfully processed.
  – You object to the processing and there are no grounds for us to retain the data;
  
  

We will review your request and respond to it unless we are required to retain the data to fulfill legal obligations or to allow for possible legal action.

• a right to restriction of processing. When you request the rectification or erasure of your data or object to the processing thereof, during the time of the examination of your request by the services concerned (maximum 1 month), you can request that the processing be limited, as well as if we keep your data only for possible legal actions. The data concerning you can then only be processed with your consent, except for possible legal actions.
• the right to set guidelines for the fate of your data after your death.
