Renovating the Cofidis Group campus in France is above all the physical realization of the group's transformation project. It's an ambitious project that will start in 2020 in line with our #LikeMyPlanet environmental approach, a project built together thanks to collective intelligence!

Cofidis France sought to develop initiatives and intrapreneurship by working with Teamstarter. Teamstarter is a French internal crowdfunding platform lets each employee create and finance projects based on a dedicated budget set by the company.

The Institut Pasteur de Lille became a recognised public-interest organisation in 1898. It is a financially and legally independent private foundation working each day to ensure we live better for longer.

With its 60-year history, the highly reputed magazine analyses the performance of Spanish companies in talent management, remuneration, the environment, CSR, training and employee upskilling.

The game is led by employee-ambassadors trained by Bartholomé Masurel. The aim is to give the employees some experience and understanding.

90% of Group employees had sufficient remote working access and employees who remained on-site benefitted from safer working conditions.
